ENEA
ENEA is the Co-ordinator of the project (WP10 Leader), responsible of Dissemination and Exploitation (WP11), and leader of WP3 and WP7, where activities will be developed in which the scientific interest of the public company is extreme. ENEA will also be active in transport and dispersion modelling in co-operation with Rome and Bologna administrations for the analysis of their case studies.

ASTRAN
ASTRAN is a recently formed consultants company intending to co-operate with ENEA in the software developments planned in WP3. They will also take part in the Italian application test cases.

The Rome municipality will be represented by the Environmental Department for their high interest in ISHTAR activities offering them new perspectives for policies analysis.

ISIS
ISIS is a private consultants company with long tradition and background in EU projects: in ISHTAR they will act in sectors of high competence: effects of policies and overall evaluation of impacts.

WHO
WHO is the United Nations specialized Agency for Health, whose participation and financing by EU was warmly proposed due to its large and unique expertise in the health sector, in which ISHTAR is expected to get one of the most innovative results : the disaggregated estimate of health effects and exposure to air and noise pollution and accidents on population groups depending on their characteristics and daily behaviour. Any other institution or company could not play the same role in the Project

STRATEC
STRATEC is the technical partner representing the city of Brussels in the Project. They will be leader of WP2 on Transport Modelling and will be assisted by the ‘Sponsor City’ of Brussels which has communicated to co-operate with STRATEC for the aims of ISHTAR Project.

The Bologna Province administration will represent the second Italian Partner City in the project. They will be assistant contractors to ENEA and will co-operate for the application of the ISHTAR Suite to a test case involving the city of Bologna.
